Jay splits his year between Germany and Kolhapur. six months each and leads every JD Interiors project personally. Project sites are visited and overseen in person throughout the year through Ramji’s team. if you’d like to meet Jay in person at our Rajopadhyenagar address, please note he’s on-site only from October to March. Outside that window, we’re just as easy to reach, WhatsApp, calls, and video walkthroughs keep things moving without any delay.
Jay’s interest in 3D visualization began during his engineering studies at DY Patil College of Engineering, Salokhenagar. During the pandemic, he taught himself Revit, 3ds Max, and Lumion, and studied interior design independently. An internship with Pune Metro that same period deepened his eye for how infrastructure and everyday spaces come together.
In his final year of engineering, he put that training into practice. completing 4 construction projects and 4 interior projects within two years. He’s currently pursuing a Master’s in Civil Engineering, specializing in 3D Modeling and BIM, at TU Darmstadt, Germany- one of Germany’s leading technical universities (a TU9 member). bringing an internationally trained, technically rigorous eye to every project back home.
